Privacy Policy — DealBot

What Data We Collect

When you sign up for DealBot, we collect the following information:

Email address — used to create your account and communicate with you about deals and account activity.
TikTok handle — used to identify your creator profile and configure niche-aware negotiation settings.
Gmail OAuth token — used to connect to your Gmail inbox so DealBot can read and respond to brand deal emails on your behalf. We request only the minimum permissions required to operate the service.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor.

How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect solely to provide and improve the DealBot service:

To operate the automated negotiation bot and manage your deal pipeline.
To scan your Gmail inbox for incoming brand deal emails (every 5 minutes while the service is active).
To send negotiation replies, qualifier emails, and follow-ups to brands on your behalf.
To notify you when deals are ready for your review and approval.
To personalize your rate card based on your niche and creator profile.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL database platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption (AES-256 and TLS 1.2+). Your Gmail OAuth token is stored in encrypted form and is never logged or exposed in plain text.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

DealBot integrates with the following third-party services to operate:

Google Gmail API — to read and send emails on your behalf. Your use is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Anthropic Claude API — to power the AI negotiation engine that scores emails, generates replies, and makes deal recommendations. Email content processed by the AI is not retained by Anthropic beyond the duration of the request.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deleting your account will permanently revoke DealBot's access to your Gmail, remove all stored data including your email, TikTok handle, OAuth token, deal history, and rate card configuration.

Deletion is irreversible. After deletion, your data will be fully purged within 30 days.
