DealBot ("the Service") is an AI-powered platform that connects to your Gmail inbox and automates the negotiation of brand sponsorship deals on your behalf. The Service scans incoming brand emails, qualifies opportunities, conducts multi-round negotiations within parameters you configure, and presents finalized deals for your review and approval.
By creating an account and using DealBot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

DealBot is offered at $99 per month per account. Billing is charged monthly to your payment method on file. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access through the date already paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
DealBot automates the negotiation process and aims to maximize your deal outcomes, but we make no guarantee of specific results. Deal outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including brand budgets, market conditions, your niche, and brand responsiveness.
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every brand email will result in a closed deal, that negotiations will always succeed, or that the revenue generated will exceed your subscription cost.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DealBot and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
This includes, without limitation, any loss of revenue, loss of deals, loss of data, or reputational harm resulting from the bot's automated communications sent on your behalf. You accept full responsibility for reviewing and approving deals before they are finalized.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, DealBot will immediately revoke access to your Gmail and cease all automated activity on your behalf.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or use the Service in a manner that could harm DealBot or other users. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued.
Upon termination for any reason, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
